The KGMS Rock and Gem show is a big deal for us and it is a great event, but it cannot happen without help from it's members and the community. There are many things you can do to help, like helping with:

• Kids Games (critical need)

• Geode Cracking

• Silent Auction

• Information Booth

• Ticket Taking

• Cashier

• Vendor Help (taking water for vendors)

• Petoskey Polishing Station

• Egg Carton Handouts

• Specimen Table

• Membership

• Setup & Breakdown (critical need)

• Break Person - Give other workers breaks - (critical need)

• and more.

Whatever it is and even if it's for a few hours here and there, every bit help makes this show one of the best in the area. You do not need any knowledge of rocks to volunteer.

If you are interested in volunteering, please print and  fill out the Volunteer Application and mail completed Volunteer Form to: KGMS Volunteer Coordinator, 6285 Plainfield Ave, Kalamazoo, MI, 49048. The Volunteer Coordinator will send reminder messages as the event gets closer. Thank you! KGMS is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
